When we started Redbrick is was our ambition to employ people who were not only skilled in PR and marketing communications - but also people who had shared values and goals.  This ethos has delivered a stable team of friendly professionals who always want to do the right thing for our clients. 
We have a mix of graduates in Public Relations and Marketing, as well as qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and National Union of Journalism.  We've had staff leave and then want to come back.  We value democracy and believe people should be rewarded for their commitment.  We think we're doing something right.  So do our staff and clients.
