Achieving press coverage at Easter for visitor attractions
Scorching temperatures and an abundance of press coverage played dividends with increased footfall for some of our leisure and tourism clients over the Easter weekend.
Belvoir Castle is the historic estate in Leicestershire and home to the Duke and Duchess of Rutland. As part of the PR programme for Easter, press information about its Easter Eggstravaganza weekend appeared in key regional publications, including Lincolnshire Live, as well as featured in national dailies such as The Daily Telegraph.
Hop across to Derbyshire and Chatsworth also reaped the rewards of advance press coverage. Some of the highlights included the Independent and The Daily Telegraph. We also set up competitions with regional media, which received an abundance of entries from Chatsworth fans trying their luck for the chance to win a family pass.
