Social Media Support for AUMA
We’ve been hard at work providing social media support to a number of our clients. In particular, our social media team has been creating LinkedIn familiarisation guides for our client AUMA Actuators Limited. This involved a detailed audit of AUMA’s LinkedIn profile to discover who is engaging with its content, how often and why, as well as interrogating LinkedIn’s performance metrics.
We used the learning from our audit to inform the content of a tailored help guide, providing tips and hints on how to engage both as a brand page and as individuals. Competitor analysis also helped us to understand better the space in which AUMA operates and how to optimise its influence. We also took on board shared learning from AUMA’s parent company AUMA Group. A number of online surveys helped identify the type of content that users of LinkedIn engage with most. I turn, this has informed the content we create, resulting in increased engagement and an uplift in page followers.
