We’ve run a number of sales and marketing campaigns for ASRA Housing Group that have resulted in spectacular property sales and rentals, as well as public consultation work to gain community support for new developments.
Take Stonebridge Park in Nottingham. The mixed housing development includes private sales and rental, plus social housing. The new properties are in an existing local community, so it was important to get them onboard. Residents were invited to a number of open meetings at which updates were provided and concerns answered by ASRA.
The new development proved hugely popular. All 22 properties sold within 14 days of launch to market, whilst we generated a long waiting list of people wanting to rent.
In London we delved deep into the past to create a brand and campaign for Governor’s Place in Woolwich – a development of private mews houses, apartments and social housing. Again, demand far outstripped supply leaving ASRA very happy.
We used a raft of communications for each campaign – from web and social channels to press, print, outdoor, mobile and digital advertising, plus events.
Where we excel is in building a powerful aspirational narrative around each development. ‘Start afresh in Stonebridge Park’ for private sales. ‘Living the life in Stonebridge Park’ for rentals. ‘The Governor’s Place’ and ‘The Governor’s House’ for mews houses and apartments respectively.
