The campaign ‘Think again….learning pays’, was to encourage adult learners to re-engage with education. To start the process, we created a number of possible learning scenarios, to those who aren’t enthusiastic about education to older learners who see their age as a barrier to education. Then, we matched these to a range of personas and learning opportunities to tackle the various reasons for someone returning to education through aspects of the campaign.
It was a £100,000+ campaign and ran across outdoor advertising sites, bus interiors and exteriors, newsletter postcode door-drops, radio advertising, inserts in newspapers and press relations.
This hard work resulted in a 206 per cent uplidt in the amount of enquiries to the freephone number which also resulted in a conversation rate of 86 per cent of people taking up an adult learning course.
