How we got to the heart of the community

Hot on the heels of an employee survey by Mansell Construction showing that people valued a regular, published newsletter as a means of learning more about their colleagues and the success of the company, our employee publications team got to work on Mansell Insite.

The newsletter featured people profiles and business updates, as well as financial performance and HR stories. Our editorial team developed a strong tone of voice, combining serious business messages with slightly irreverent people narratives.

The result was a more connected business that took pride in sharing content and keeping its people abreast of what was happening in and around the company.
