3D Public Relations©

How we craft your communications strategies

The ‘define’ stage of our unique 3D public relations process is key to the long-term success of your campaign. We get all of your stakeholders in the room and identify core objectives, messages, audiences and timings. With everyone on board, it’s a much smoother journey to success.
Once we’ve defined what you want to achieve and everyone signs off our strategic paper, it’s on to the ‘design’ stage. This is where we identify the best channels with which to engage agreed audiences. We also sign-off on budgets and identify KPIs and measures of success.
The final stage of our 3D PR model is ‘deliver’. This is where we kick off your campaign and start building your reputation in the press, with your customers, amongst staff, or perhaps with your community. And because we’re all on the same page, you know that we’re managing your reputation in the way you want.

Who our campaigns target

Communities are often overlooked but we find can be one of your most important allies. We’ve been enjoying the company of communities all over the UK on behalf of education, construction, utility and engineering clients with great results.
We get very excited about our customer communications campaigns. That’s because we share your enthusiasm for success, whether it’s selling apprenticeships to school leavers or trackside equipment to railway network specifiers.
You want your staff to support your business. That’s why we craft employee communications that get them engaged. We use innovative channels and speak to them in plain English. We find that this captures and maintains their interest.
We’ve helped organisations large and small to increase their value on the journey to sale. We understand what potential investors look for. At the heart of this is our work on brand; presenting a consistent, professional brand across all touch points – from built environment to tone of voice.
We’ve been gaining the support of the media for our clients for almost 20 years. We understand how the media works – from social to digital, broadcast to published – and what we write resonates with the press and the audiences we target.
We target people who influence opinions – whether on social media or in the House of Commons. We get to know who’s who and effect introductions, whilst creating engaging content that’s relevant and timely.

A lovely place to work

We’re a friendly bunch made up of PRs, ex journalists and marketeers. We love what we do and pride ourselves on our strong strategic approach to communications. It’s a great job and we’re lucky to work in a beautiful Grade II listed building in the heart of Nottingham’s historic Castle Quarter.
That would be ‘reputation management’. We apply public relations and marketing communications tactics to engage, persuade and convert individuals, businesses and brands. It’s the powerful persuasiveness of what we do that means we’re one of Nottingham’s most established PR consultancies and a founder of The Reputation Management Group.
Because when we get up in the morning we want to go into work and do a great job for our clients. We’ve got a great client list and that’s because we do a great job for them. That’s not us being glib - we’re CIPR award winners. That’s why.
